All sessions are confidential. I will not share any personal information you provide without your consent, unless required by law (for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

I collect and store only the information necessary to provide therapy services (such as your name, contact details, and brief session notes). This information is kept securely and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

GDPR Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw consent to data processing. Please contact me directly if you wish to exercise these rights.

Online Sessions
If sessions take place online, I use secure video platforms. Please note that while I take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online communication can be guaranteed 100% secure.

By booking and attending a session, you give consent for me to process your personal data as described above. You may withdraw consent at any time.
